Most shipping agencies does not consider a package lost or stolen until fifteen (15) days have passed since the last tracking update (excluding Sundays and federal holidays).

In an event where your tracking does not update by the fifteenth day, we will be allowed to initiate the claims process. Prior to that, all we can do is notify the shipping agent of the situation.

If your tracking stops updating, please contact us within five (5) business days of the last tracking update so our Claims Department can contact the shipping agent.
