Orders are shipped in inconspicuous packaging via either Airline Cargo or Trusted Courier Service.

All shipments are fully insured. Our shipping policy, which is based on order size, can be viewed here. Shipment cost often increase products prices. Therefore we advice investors to buy bulk quantities to reduce cost on shipment.

Will Call pickups permitted by some selected Courier Services. Saturday service not included.

We buy back our products on spot prices and can be sold in any gold dealership shop worldwide.

How long do I have to wait for my order to update before I file a report or claim?2022-01-08T14:12:20+00:00

Most shipping agencies does not consider a package lost or stolen until fifteen (15) days have passed since the last tracking update (excluding Sundays and federal holidays).

In an event where your tracking does not update by the fifteenth day, we will be allowed to initiate the claims process. Prior to that, all we can do is notify the shipping agent of the situation.

If your tracking stops updating, please contact us within five (5) business days of the last tracking update so our Claims Department can contact the shipping agent.

 

 

If my order includes an item on presale, will the in-stock items ship first?2022-01-08T14:11:28+00:00

Unfortunately, due to the way insurance is applied to an order, everything must ship at the same time (i.e., in-stock items must await shipment until all presale items have arrived).

Your order will ship in its entirety within 24-72 hours of our receiving the presale item. An email notification will be sent when your order ships.

How do I choose my shipping method?2022-01-08T13:55:03+00:00

You may choose how your order is shipped during the checkout process. In the last section of the checkout page, 4 Shipping Method, you will see the available shipping options for your order.

If your purchase is eligible for free shipping, the pre-selected option will be base shipping. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may choose one of the other options for a small fee. Simply click on the circle next to the shipping method you desire, and your order will be shipped via that method.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?-2022-01-08T14:01:05+00:00

We will notify you by email once your order is shipped. You can also check the current status by logging in to your account or using our “Track An Order page”.

Do I have to ship my order to my billing address?2022-01-08T06:20:15+00:00

Depending on your method of payment, it is possible to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address.

If you pay with paper check, bank wire, ACH, Ethereum, Ripple, or bitcoin, you may have your order shipped wherever you please.

If you pay with a credit/debit card, it depends on your order history. For credit cards, put the order through with your billing address as the shipping address, and then call us to see if we can change it to an alternate. If you pay via PayPal, your order will be shipped to a PayPal Verified address.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?2022-01-08T06:20:34+00:00

Though unlikely, if your order is damaged during transit and/or any items are missing we require you to contact HKKO GOLD immediately so we can begin the claims process.

If you have taken possession of a shipment that is damaged and/or is missing items, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery to contact us as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?2022-01-06T01:53:47+00:00

In the event, however unlikely, that your order is lost during transit we ask that you contact HKKO GOLD immediately. Once you contact us, we can begin the claims process.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you have a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) from the anticipated delivery date to contact us regarding orders that were lost during transit. If your items cannot be recovered, you are entitled to a reimbursement. Assuming you contact us within 3 days (72 hours), you are entitled to a full reimbursement of your loss in accordance with the specific shippers insurance policy.

For security reasons, we do not have any products or stock at our HKKO GOLD offices.

HKKO GOLD only sells brand new products. We therefore only accept returns for defective or damaged products. In this case, they will be replaced or refunded according to our general conditions.

HKKO GOLD is an independent private company without any government influence. We don’t report our sale transactions.

On HKKO GOLD, orders must be paid by the person placing the order and whose name will appear on the invoice. The name on your bank account and invoice must match in order for your payment to be accepted.

Your payment method can’t be changed once the ordering process has been completed.

If you pay with credit cards you are automatically eligible for priority service. Your order will be processed immediately.

All orders placed on HKKO GOLD are final. Once they have been placed, they can no longer be changed or canceled.

Simply choose the “Wire transfer” option in the checkout process. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation with our banking information and the instruction on how to transfer the funds to finalize your payment.

We recommend to pay as soon as you place the order. HKKO Gold must receive the exact funds stated on the purchase confirmation within (3) three business days.

After (3) three business days, HKKO Gold reserves the right to cancel the order – without setting any grace period. If applicable, you will be held responsible and liable to HKKOGOLD for any cancellation fee and/or Market loss.

HKKO GOLD may then cancel your order. According to the general conditions, you then have full responsibility and liability to HKKO GOLD for any cancellation fee and/or Market Loss. Moreover, you will not be permitted to place any future orders.

Our packages are wrapped discreetly not to give any indication as to the contents inside.

When you will receive your order depends primarily on three factors

1. When we receive your payment\ (checks and wires must be initiated/sent by you).

  • Please note that you will receive a Paid email once your payment is received.

2. Holding period after cleared payment.

  • o Depending on your payment method, we will hold the order once payment is received and cleared. The holding periods and payment method are listed in checkout page and confirmation email. Paper checks take the longest and are held up to five(5) business days after payment clears.

3. Shipping method and transit time.

  • Air shipment is the fastest and most reliable method of shipping. These are usually delivered in 1-10 business days once in transit and it is consistent in both transit time and tracking accuracy.

HKKO GOLD fully insures all of its shipments. The insurance ends as soon as you sign the confirmation of receipt.

 

What should I do if my package appears to have been damaged or tampered with?2022-01-06T01:49:32+00:00

We recommend you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with as the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered. When refused, the package(s) will return to HKKO GOLD for inspection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact HKKO GOLD on +233-244-906-455 within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.

Yes, HKKO Gold will always declare full value on all customs forms.

Can I send my order to a post office box?2021-12-28T13:22:00+00:00

For security reasons, we require a signature for all our deliveries and, therefore, cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we will not be able to proceed with your delivery. Please always provide a delivery address where you can be available for signature.

 

Is a signature required upon delivery of my products?2022-01-06T01:58:07+00:00

All orders require a signature for delivery. Please note, per our Terms and Conditions, once a package shows delivered, our responsibility ends. Please be available and attentive to receive the package when the courier arrives. Due to COVID 19, couriers are not always getting the signature.

The delivery is done by hand. If your shipment appears to be damaged or tampered with, do not sign or accept the delivery. Shipping insurance ends once the products are signed for and/or delivered.

International shipments may be subjected to duties and/or taxes. All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please consult a local customs broker for information about tax and duty rates.

When you add a product to your cart, we will lock its price for the next 5 minutes. As soon as you have placed your order, this price will be secured and can no longer change. You will then receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase as well as your locked prices.
