For security reasons, we require a signature for all our deliveries and, therefore, cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we will not be able to proceed with your delivery. Please always provide a delivery address where you can be available for signature.

All HKKO GOLD shipments require a signature upon delivery. The delivery is done by hand. If your shipment appears to be damaged or tampered with, do not sign or accept the delivery. Shipping insurance ends once the products are signed for and/or delivered.
