Test records
The platform stores your synthetic name, test email and phone, password hash, separate account access records, consent choices, profile updates, test verification results, enquiry records and administrative audit history. Authentication cookies are used to protect signed-in journeys.
Restricted test delivery
No real email or SMS is sent in Batch 1. Test verification and recovery challenges are held in a restricted administrator test inbox. Authorized test coordinators can view those codes solely to exercise invited test workflows. Never use the same password as another service.
Preferences
Optional marketing email, marketing SMS, metal-price communications and product updates are stored independently and can be withdrawn in Verification & Preferences. Saving a preference does not activate a provider or subscribe you to an external mailing list.
Access and reset
Customer and staff access are independent. Administrative access is limited by current permissions. Management controls developmental resets; obsolete synthetic records can be removed by the owner after confirming the database and recovery procedure. Test information should not be treated as a permanent personal archive.
Browser storage
The browser remembers only the Light, Dark or Device appearance preference. Authentication material is not stored in local storage. Do not paste credentials, codes, private documents or personal information into defect reports.
