What the test environment does
The platform records synthetic customer and staff identities, test verification challenges, enquiries, management decisions and audit events in a developmental PostgreSQL database. Additional transaction modules are installed in later batches and must identify all balances, settlement and metal inventory as TEST data.
Participation
Use only synthetic names, approved test addresses, fictional phone details and test records. Do not enter real customer identity documents, payment credentials, bank accounts or bullion ownership claims. Keep your test password and invitation private. An invitation authorizes testing; it does not grant staff or financial permissions.
No real financial activity
Test records do not move real funds, establish ownership of physical bullion, guarantee returns or create a redeemable payment instrument. Do not send funds to this site based on a test result. Prices must identify their data source and any test fixture.
Availability and resets
Developmental features may change. Management may reset obsolete test records using the owner-controlled reset procedure. Test records are not permanent statements. Report defects with the test reference and steps; never disclose passwords or verification codes in reports.
Separate choices
Terms acceptance and Privacy Notice acknowledgement are recorded separately. Marketing email, marketing SMS, metal-price communications and product updates are optional independent preferences. Batch 1 sends no external communications.
